We are in the process of Hiring Network Engineers in
Networking. Please refer the following requirements to appear in the ion
process.
Job Title: Network Engineer
Job Location: Gurgaon
Qualification: : BA / BCA / B.Sc (IT) / B.E/ B.Tech/M.E / M.Tech / MCA / M.Sc(IT)
Experience: 1yrs to 2yrs
Job Profile:
Interacting with clients, understanding their needs and providing technical support to clients by remotely accessing their Networks and troubleshooting the issues raised. Candidate will be a part of technical team that will be responsible for resolving trouble-tickets raised by users of the clients product/service through phone, email or remote access.
Essential:
Prior troubleshooting experience
Willing to work in 247 Support (Including Night Shifts)
Prior experience of Voice based technical support
Certifications: CCNA / CCXP- Mandatory (Any)
Excellent written as well as verbal communication skills
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to handle critical customer issues/problems.
Able to determine problems and deliver known solutions with a high level of customer satisfaction.
Ability to determine root cause and resolution for previously unknown problems.
Works on problems of moderate to wide scope and moderate to high complexityanalysis of situations or data
requires a review of identifiable factors.
Exercises judgment within defined procedures to determine appropriate action.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with and provide guidance to other members of the work group.
Flexible: very able to adapt to a changing environment
Autonomous worker with team spirit
Eager to learn. Technical aptitude to assimilate new learning quickly
Out-of-the-box thinker
Able to take initiative and drive change
